Every shipment to PIY RIBBONS must include a return material authorisation (RMA) number. To initiate the return authorisation procedure, please send an email to, and we will provide you with the RMA number.

On the RMA form, you specify what you are returning. It is required that all returns are sent back within two weeks of the RMA’s issuance date. The RMA form needs to be included in the box containing the returned products. In accordance with the terms of the initial agreement, we will either repair, replace or refund any items that are returned. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

The RMA will be processed within one week of receiving the items and the results of the investigation, as well as the final resolution, will be sent to the customer via email.

In the event that the complaint is found to be unjustified, you will be liable for research and administration fees totalling €75.00, in addition to the costs of return shipping.

 All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all foam inserts included. We will charge the purchase price for any parts that are missing.
